- Payment Terms: All payments for leads received must be made on the day the invoice is received. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Data Processing and Privacy: Quotestar is committed to processing data securely and protecting your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Broker Responsibilities: Brokers are responsible for their interactions with clients obtained through Quotestar’s lead generation services. Quotestar is not liable for any actions or omissions of brokers in their dealings with clients.
- Limitation of Liability: Quotestar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or adapt any software or code forming part of the Quotestar website.
- Transmit any information containing a virus, worm, trojan, or other harmful or disruptive component.
- Change, modify, delete, interfere with, or misuse data contained on the Quotestar website.
- Pricing: The price of leads may vary depending on various factors such as their cost to us and their popularity. Customers will receive a separate email detailing all leads and their respective costs, you will need to accept the contact terms before any leads are sent to you. You will be charged for the total amount of leads provided every month.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quotestar, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
